Samsaara Network

The word samsaara comes from the Sanskrit language - supposedly the very first spoken language in the world. In english its closest meaning is "the cycle of worldly existence". Mother Earth has cycled though existence for many billions of years before we, humans, came about and will do so also for many billions of years after us. However, to make our temporary stay here on Earth as long as possible and as pleasurable as possible it seems that we have to play the game with the rules that the she has set in front of us. We need to somehow learn the ability to sustain, we need to become individually and collectively sustainable.

It is 6 o'clock in the morning. The sun is peeking over the town houses in this pleasent July morning in Estonian capital Tallinn. Samsaara team is all gathered together and are making last tunes to their bicycles. They are setting out for a one week long expedition to learn more about sustainability in Estonia...
